Nutan Vidya Mandir School aspires to create and sustain an environment in which the child can learn, explore and discover his own self.

FACILITIES

1. Class Room - The classrooms are spacious, airy and well-ventilated. They are well equipped with display boards and boards. They provide a neat and clean ambiance to the children enabling them to develop academically and socially in a friendly atmosphere.

2. Library – The school library provides a simulating environment which helps the students to develop not only reading habits but also to improve their research skills. Library at NVM has been set up with an aim to make it as a vital part of the learning process throughout. It provides an environment which helps all the learners to develop not only a reading habit but also improve their research skills.

3. Play Area & Splash Pool - The play area consists of Multi-play equipment that has been specifically designed to suit the needs of the child - it has slides, climbers etc that are placed in close vicinity to the class rooms. The play area has been erected in a grass setting to avoid any injury to children. Provision of a splash pool provides a refreshing change from the class rooms during the summer months.

4. Sports Facilities - Badminton and Table Tennis facilities, Indoor games all combine to inculcate a feeling of camaraderie, team spirit, sportsmanship and a sense of responsibility and accountability. At NVM, health and physical development of the students is given paramount importance. Students are encouraged to indulge in physical activity through fitness activities like yoga, aerobics etc.

5. Science Laboratory: The School has very well equipped and safe Science lab help to enhance the understanding of complex theoretical scientific concepts.

6. Computer Laboratory: The laboratory has provision for enabling the children to work at their own pace with Computer-aided learning. The availability of trained faculty members will ensure that each child is comfortable working on the machine and is familiar with its functioning.

7. Smart Classrooms: Teachers with the help of the Smart Classes are empowered to teach more difficult concepts with easy clarity and students also will understand concepts in quick time as it is equipped with audio –video, animations and graphics and has exhaustive repository covering all subjects. The visual teaching gives wings to a student’s imagination. The modules are designed in teacher led format where the teachers integrate these elements with the day’s lesson plan, intervene, explain and yes, also use the chalk and blackboard as of before.
